Thursday Nights Speed Sessions
7pm Tarka Tennis Centre
You are all most welcome to join us on Thursday nights for some quality sessions. It doesn't matter what pace you run at, as long as you are prepared to work hard. There is no hiding place and I will spot it if you are slacking, but it will improve your running and lead to pb's and an inner glow of satisfaction at the end of the night. We usually train around the Rock Park, but will move to the Park School grass track after Easter.
A typical session involves:
6 x 800m with 3 min recoveries12 x 400m with 90 sec recoveriespyramid session with efforts from 200m - 1MilefartleginghillsIt is possible that you may even enjoy it and if you don't, I will be having lots of fun watching you suffer. Come and talk to Vicky for more details.
